Sasha

This is Sasha.

In anticipation of a cat crisis at the shelter, I offered to take her and her brother into foster together and clear up two kennels. They were surrendered together about two weeks ago because the owner was too stressed out to care for them. They are both seven years old and have been together forever.

Her brother, Koby, was adopted. They didn't want to adopt two cats, so Sasha was left behind.

Sasha is very friendly and very affectionate. She's also very lonely, now, because she is in a home where she lives in a room by herself, and cannot come out because I am allergic to her. I try to spend as much time with her as I can, but I start crying and having trouble breathing and have to leave.

Sasha has been losing weight since she arrived at the shelter, and she's not eating here. She ate a small amount at the shelter last night, but that was after spending hours with people, not being alone. I can't spend hours with her here.

I think she is cat friendly and would be okay with dogs. She's never been around dogs, but she didn't try to attack my Honey. She found the litterbox on her own and has been a very good house guest. She like her little scratch pad.
